I had a great time at this place. Big thank you to all the friendly staff! The location is awesome - super close to the city center, and you can easily hop on the MTR or tram28 🚃 to get around. Plus, there's a hill nearby for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

Had a lovely experience, I enjoyed this place!
It was reasonable base for travelling to Lisbon, I was glad to stay there. It was located in a very quiet area just off many popular places, a hill and MTR and tram28, The personnel was very amiable. The room was clean, guests can use a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Having a bathtub was great: )

When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find a sweet welcome gift of wine and sweets on the table. It made me feel right at home and added a special touch to my stay. The rooms at Garcia 28 are cozy and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchenette and a dining table. I loved the comfortable sofa in the apartment, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Lisbon. The flat-screen TV with cable channels kept me entertained during my downtime. Having a private bathroom with a hairdryer was a convenient feature for getting ready in the mornings. The seating area in the unit provided a comfortable spot to unwind and chat with friends.
Personally, I found the stovetop in the apartment a bit challenging to use.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely Airbnb in Lisbon. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its size and cleanliness. The location was perfect, within walking distance of main squares, landmarks, and restaurants. The hosts were excellent with clear communication and a thoughtful welcome gesture of wine and snacks. We felt right at home during our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
The only downside was the morning meal. It would have been nicer to have a wider variety of breakfast options available.

The nearest airport was conveniently far away, just what I needed. The complimentary WiFi was so generous, I couldn't believe I didn't have to pay extra for it. The apartment's dining area was perfect for pretending to have fancy dinner parties with myself.
Oh joy, the street I stayed on had lots of lovely homeless people. Such a unique experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Garcia 28. The location was perfect, with all the main sights within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and secure. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Communication with Lovely Stay was easy and efficient, and they even offered a mid-stay cleaning. The apartment felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place.
One minor drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. There weren't enough plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils, which made it a bit challenging to prepare meals.

The location was super dope, just a few steps away from Dona Maria II National Theatre. We partied like rockstars and explored the vibrant nightlife scene nearby. The place was clean and modern, and the host even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Memorable times, for real!
If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the property didn't have a bar or lounge area where we could chill with our crew before hitting the town. It would've been awesome to have a spot for pre-gaming and meeting other young party-goers.
